Project duration varies depending on the scope and complexity of the work. We forecast an average of two to three weeks for a simple logo design, six to eight weeks for a comprehensive brand identity project, and eight to twelve weeks for a full-fledged website design.

In the first meeting, we analyze your project requirements in detail and provide you with a clear timeline. We also have expedited delivery options for urgent projects. We maintain transparency by providing regular updates throughout the process.

Each project is unique, so our pricing is also shaped according to the project's specific requirements. The first consultation is free and during this meeting we listen to your needs and prepare a detailed proposal. Our prices are determined based on the project's scope, complexity and estimated duration.

We offer flexible payment plans: fifty percent deposit at the start, remaining fifty percent before final delivery. For large projects, installment payment options are also available. With our transparent pricing policy, there are no hidden costs.

Our standard packages include three rounds of revision. In each revision round, we take your constructive feedback and adapt the design according to your expectations. In the first concept presentation, we offer multiple options to ensure we're moving in the right direction.

Revisions cover structural changes. Going back to completed stages or changes outside the project scope are subject to additional charges. Our goal is to give you exactly the result you want even with a limited number of revisions. When our communication is open and clear, this is easily possible.

We deliver all design files in industry-standard and ready-to-use formats. AI, EPS, SVG, PNG and JPG formats for logo designs; HTML, CSS, JS files for web designs; high resolution PDF and print-ready files for print designs.

Source files are also included in our package. You receive working files from programs like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or Figma. We also provide detailed documentation including brand guidelines, usage instructions and technical specifications. We share your files via secure cloud storage.

For a successful project, we need to deeply understand your brand. In the first stage, we gather information about your brand's story, values, target audience, competitors and position in the market. If you have existing brand materials, design examples you like and things you don't want, we ask you to share them.

We send a detailed brief form and ask you to fill it out. Then we hold a detailed discovery meeting. In this meeting, we clarify your goals, expectations and success criteria. The more information you share, the more accurate the result will be.

We offer both remote and face-to-face working options. We successfully work remotely with clients from all over Turkey and abroad. Thanks to video conferencing, project management tools and cloud-based collaboration platforms, distance is not a barrier.

If you're in Istanbul and prefer face-to-face meetings, we'd be happy to meet with you at our office. You're invited to our studio for the first consultation meeting. However, the entire project process can be conducted smoothly in the digital environment. Choose what's most convenient for you.

Yes, post-delivery support service is included in all our projects. We provide free technical support for thirty days after project delivery. During this time, we answer your questions about file format changes, small adaptations and usage.

Even after the thirty-day period, we can continue working with you. We have monthly maintenance packages, retainer agreements or as-needed support options. For websites, we offer hosting, updates and technical maintenance services. We continue to be your partner for your brand's long-term success.

When the project is completed and all payments are made, full usage rights of the design transfer to you. This means you have the freedom to use, modify and publish the design for commercial purposes as you wish. There are no additional license fees.

However, we reserve the right to showcase our work in our portfolio. We may use your project on our website, social media and promotional materials. For projects requiring confidentiality, we sign NDAs (non-disclosure agreements) and in this case we won't share the project. All conditions are clearly stated in the contract.
