3. User Responsibilities

6.1. Proposal and Acceptance

Our proposals are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. The project is initiated when the proposal is accepted and the advance payment is received. The project scope, duration, and fee are clarified in the written contract.

6.2. Payment Terms

Our standard payment plan: 50% at the beginning of the project, 50% before delivery. Installment payment options may be offered for large projects. Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card. Final files are not delivered without payment.

6.3. Revision Rights

Our standard packages include 3 rounds of revisions. Additional fees may be requested for extra revisions. Revisions include changes within the project scope. Requests outside the scope require a new proposal.

6.4. Delivery and Duration

Project delivery times are specified in the contract. Periods may be extended if timely feedback is not provided by the customer. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to force majeure (natural disasters, war, pandemic, etc.).

7. Copyrights and Usage Rights

When the project is completed and all payments are made, the commercial usage rights of the design are transferred to the customer. However:

• We reserve the right to display the project in our portfolio
• The copyright of source files belongs to our company
• The design cannot be resold
• Separate conditions apply for projects with signed confidentiality agreements

The customer can use the delivered designs for commercial purposes, but it is preferred to mention our company as the designer.

8. Cancellation and Refund Terms

Cancellation requests after the project has started are subject to the following conditions:

• Cancellation within 7 days of project start: Refund with 30% deduction
• Cancellation after first concept presentation: Refund with 50% deduction
• Cancellation after revision phase: No refund, all work done is charged
• The project may be suspended if timely feedback is not provided by the customer

In case the service cannot be provided by our company (except force majeure), the full amount paid will be refunded.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our website and content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent possible:

• We do not guarantee that the website will operate uninterrupted and error-free
• We do not guarantee that information on the website will be complete, accurate, or up-to-date
• We are not responsible for third-party links
• We cannot be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or special damages resulting from website use

Our company's total liability is limited to the project fee. We are not responsible for commercial results (success or failure) arising from the use of designs.

The customer guarantees that the content provided (texts, images, logos) is legal and that they have the necessary rights. Our company cannot be held responsible for disputes that may arise from the use of this content.

14. Force Majeure

We cannot be held responsible if we are unable to fulfill our obligations due to natural disasters, fire, flood, war, terrorist attacks, strikes, lockouts, government restrictions, pandemic, power outage, internet outage, and other events beyond our control. In this case, the customer is informed, and service is attempted to be provided within a reasonable time.

15. Confidentiality and NDA

Our customers' project information is kept confidential. However, we may request permission for portfolio sharing. If the customer requests or the project requires confidentiality, we sign a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

Our employees and business partners are under confidentiality obligation. Unauthorized sharing of customer information is seriously penalized.

16. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from these Terms of Use are first attempted to be resolved through amicable negotiations. If no agreement is reached:

• The laws of the Republic of Turkey apply
• Ankara Courts and Execution Offices have jurisdiction
• Mediation and arbitration methods may be preferred

Your consumer rights are reserved within the framework of Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts regulations.
